Digital Display Brinell Hardness Tester with 10 Test Force Levels for Cast Iron Steel and Non-Ferrous Metals

Product overview

The HBS-3000 is a digital display Brinell hardness tester with ten test force levels up to 3000kgf and a closed loop sensor loading system that automatically compensates the test force. A high definition optical system and photoelectric sensor give a clear view of the indentation, while the encoder input of the D1 and D2 indentation diameters removes reading errors and the result is shown directly on the large LCD. Hardness scale conversion between Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers and Knoop is available from the keyboard, and data can be printed for records. The integrated cast frame stays rigid and stable, making the machine suitable for cast iron, steel, non-ferrous metals, soft alloys and also hard plastics and bakelite.
