The HB-3000E is an electronic Brinell hardness tester with a closed loop sensor loading system and electronic control, so the test force is applied accurately and automatically compensated. Ten test force levels from 62.5kgf to 3000kgf and twelve Brinell scales cover a hardness range of 8-650HBW, and both the force value and the dwell time are clearly shown on the panel. The one piece cast body stays rigid without deformation or displacement, giving high accuracy and good repeatability with simple installation. Brinell testing with large force and large indentation suits coarse grain materials such as cast iron, non-ferrous metals and alloys, annealed and tempered steel, and soft metals like pure aluminium, lead and tin.
