Product overview

The HVS-5 digital Vickers hardness tester uses a 5.1 inch large LCD with a menu-driven interface, keeping the whole test process automatic and easy to follow. A high-magnification optical measuring system with 20-step light adjustment supports confident measurement of small and thin specimens, while the D1 and D2 diagonals are entered through an encoder to cut human reading errors. Hardness conversion, tolerance judgement and printer output are all included, making the machine a practical benchtop tool for hardened layers and small precision parts.
