Product overview
The HV-5Z is an automatic turret Vickers hardness tester combining high-definition optics with a motorised turret that positions the objective and the indenter precisely. Loading, holding and unloading are fully automatic, and the operator simply keys in the D1 and D2 diagonals measured with the 10x eyepiece to obtain a hardness value on the LCD. Rockwell, superficial Rockwell and Brinell conversions are built in, and the rigid cast frame keeps results stable on thin parts, foils, wires and hardened layers.
