The MHVS-5Z is a touch screen digital micro Vickers hardness tester with an automatic turret that switches the objective and indenter at high positioning accuracy. Its 7 inch high sensitivity touch screen follows a menu-driven structure, and the D1 and D2 diagonals are entered by encoder to reduce human reading errors. Test data can be exported in one click over USB as an Excel report, and an optional communication protocol allows computer control for automated laboratory workflows.
