The HRST-3200 is a fully automatic digital universal Rockwell hardness tester that performs both regular Rockwell and superficial Rockwell testing without operator intervention. Its protruding nose indenter extends horizontally so that the inner surfaces of rings, tubes and frame parts can be tested, which ordinary hardness testers cannot reach. Loading, dwelling and unloading are computer controlled, 30 Rockwell scales are available, and up to 400 sets of results with test time and sequence number are stored and protected from modification. Data can be printed or transferred to a computer through the USB and RS232 ports, and the tolerance alarm, statistics, scale conversion and curvature correction functions make it suitable for hardened alloy, bearing, gear and plastics testing lines.
