Product overview

The HR-150AS is a manual Rockwell hardness tester with real-time digital display and nine Rockwell scales from HRA to HRK. Accurate readings are shown directly with 0.1HR resolution, and the tester can be calibrated through the meter head without adjusting screws. The precision oil pressure buffer makes loading speed adjustable, while mechanical testing means no power supply or electrical control is needed. It is widely used for black and non-ferrous metals, quenched and tempered steel, castings, aluminum alloy, copper and bearing steel.
