Product overview
The 600CXMRD is a touch screen digital plastic Rockwell hardness tester built for plastics, composites, friction materials and soft metals. A one piece cast frame keeps the machine rigid without deformation or displacement, and the weight loaded structure provides a stable, repeatable test force. The 7 inch touch screen offers 15 Rockwell scales and 12 measuring ranges covering HRA, HRB, HRC, HRD, HRL, HRM and HRR, with 3.175mm, 6.35mm and 12.7mm ball indenters supplied as standard. Test data can be transferred straight to a USB drive, and the instrument is widely used for plastics, hard rubber, friction materials, synthetic resin, aluminium tin alloy and hard board.
