The 600CMRD is a touch screen digital Rockwell hardness tester designed for fast and repeatable hardness testing in workshops and laboratories. Its one piece cast body stays rigid without deformation or displacement, and the weight loaded structure keeps the test force stable and the readings accurate. A 7 inch high sensitivity touch screen with icon menus gives access to 15 Rockwell scales from HRA to HRV, and test results can be exported directly to a USB drive. Multi standard hardness conversion covers Brinell, Vickers, Leeb and tensile strength, making the machine suitable for hardened steel, tempered and annealed steel, cold hard castings, malleable castings, aluminium, copper and bearing steel.
